A permanent insight we leave here is that we had the pleasure of meeting the Late Great Prime Minister Gough Whitlam at the Human Rights Awards of Australia in the 1990's We Received Best Media Report in Australia and after the ceremony meeting people, Gough Whitlam was part of our amazing group of people we got to know, he's funny and kind and let's you know what you have got in life as Gough told us to keep producing Australian Stories so we have the last 30 years
Camels in Australia is a wonderful story with an elderly lady who grew up on the Camel Trains in the desert of Australia
We knew that this lady had walked with over 50 camels with her 4 other sisters, they used to stop and pull bindies ( prickels ) out of each others feet, so with bleeding feet thay had to catch up with the camle trains
Her dad brought camels from overseas on a ship and met his English wife on the river Murray in South Australia
We spent 2 days with this beautiful soul and recorded her story about her life
