We Honour the Late Jennifer Searcy - a True Friend from early 1990's who helped us understand the Royal Commission into Deaths in Custody

During 2025 We Honour Certain People Who Have Been Part of Our Journey Producing Stories about Australia

In 1993 we met Jennifer Searcy, in regards to producing a radio documentary on deaths in custody, the royal commission had just been completed where we even sat in a court room in Perth in 1992 and heard how the Late John Pat was murdered by 5 Police in Roebourne, Western Australia, a 16 year old teenager had his head kicked in, questions asked in royal commission why did they have blood all over their boots ?

Without Jennifer Searcy, Deaths in Custody Part 2 would not have been produced, she flew with us to Brisbane and Sydney to interview families who had lost loved ones in prison

We spoke to a special man from Lawn Hill and Riversleigh Cattle Station from the Gulf of Queensland about the Billabong Youth Mentor Program

This is a very unique youth mentor program that helps youth who have come from the criminal justice system, who have anger issues, and no respect for anyone but this course

makes youth understand that once we lose respect for women then we have lost everything, the mentor speaks bluntly with honesty that women are the carers and they nurture us when we grow up

Welcome to our 2025 Koala Flash memories of building Koala Audiobooks since 2015

During this year in 2025 Koala Flash brings you insights of how we created and built Koala Audiobooks in 6 years from 2015-2020 producing 35 stories in 6 years

We hired a caravan in the western desert and edited for 2 years non-stop on 5 stories, 3 of these stories were

We created an environment for ourselves where we had no distractions, in the desert we had our own space to chase a Dream of producing 5 Koala Audiobooks in 2 years and we did it

We had 5 Koala Audiobooks produced in 2 years and our next goal was producing 8 stories in 2017 but that's our next story here soon in our Koala Calling Blogs from Koala Flash

Happy 1st Day of March from Koala Blue New 2024 who states that our new poster in airports is doing well each day as hundreds of tourists scan our QR code which puts the Koala Bundle into their checkout

For 2 years we were trying to find the right few airports and thought we had a deal with the Cairns airport but we walked away as was too much money each month 

thus we kept trying for 2 years and finally found a few airports that have high tourists visits from cities such as Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

So first of all good bye shitty February, been a month of certain things going wrong but hey that's life right, things always go wrong so its how we pick ourselves up and move forward enjoying each day with laughter, so we laugh at life

Mistakes have been made and thus we have learnt by our mistakes but also grown more inside with resilience, but we laugh at our mistakes and say well we wont make those mistakes again so lessons learnt

But that's now all in the past, we let go of the past and move forward, so we LIVE in the NOW enjoying our last day of February
